SUMMARY of Experiences

Raccoon Digital Marketing was an award-winning digital marketing firm based in São Carlos - SP, Brazil. I was hired as the sole English-native member of the marketing team, where I was put in charge of developing marketing and sales materials, adapting them for the North American audience. During my seven-month term at Raccoon, we secured our first U.S. based clients, attended multiple conferences, and established a base of business for the North American expansion. My role included development of winning sales materials, writing the winning case study for the Google Premier Partner Awards in 2018, and developing the North American brand alterations. After my time there, Raccoon was acquired, and is now part of the larger .Monks marketing agency.

PRINT DESIGN

I created these flyers for the shop.org ecommerce event in Las Vegas in the fall of 2018. I designed and wrote these flyers based on two preexisting case studies. These two flyers showcase the intersection of design and content, a striking visual to draw you in and an interesting story to convey how Raccoon can use its experience to help your business.

Instagram

I was also in charge of developing and executing a strategy for Raccoon’s English language Instagram page which gained over 400 followers from 0 in less than three months. Including an engagement rate of around 15%, impressive for a B2B Instagram account.

These user personas, which I developed through secondary research and active client information, were used as a directional tool for the development of communications and sales strategies.

This communication strategy I developed for the future of the Raccoon US presence was a foundational document in developing our team's strategy.

I created these three promotional pieces for an event hosted by Raccoon's founders in New York City in alignment with the Google Premier Partner Awards in 2018
